Kadai Vegetable Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Stir fry the vegetables with oil, little chilli powder and fenugreek seeds.
2. Add the onion and chilli garlic paste to the pan. Fry well.
3. Add all the masalas (except kasuri methi), salt, water and cook well till tender. Tasty kadai vegetable is ready.
4. Garnish with kasuri mathi and serve the side dish hot.
Kadai Vegetable Recipe

- 31/2 tsps fresh chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- Paste of onion, 2 green chillies, ginger and garlic
- 1 bowl vegetables like tomatoes, capsicum, cauliflower and peas (all chopped and boiled)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- ' tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 2 cups water
