South Indian Masala Noodles Recipe – A Summer Supper Recipe For National Noodle Month

Ingredients:

1. 1 pack noodles

2. 1 tsp sambar powder (or vangi bath powder)

3. ' tsp chilli powder

4. ' tsp cumin seeds

5. ' cup carrots (chopped, boiled)

6. ' cup capsicum (chopped, boiled)

7. ' cup green peas (chopped, boiled)

8. salt as per taste

South Indian Masala Noodles Preparation:

1. Boil noodles in a large pan and add all the above ingredients when baked. Mix well and tasty south Indian masala noodles is ready to eat.
