Indian Food Recipe - Pudina Chutney (mint chutney)

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup fresh coconut (grated) (optional)

2. 1/2 cup mint leaves

3. 2-3 Green chillies

4. 1/2 tsp fresh ginger (grated or piece)

5. 1/4 cup Coriander leaves

6. Salt according to taste

7. 1/4 tsp Sugar

8. 1 tsp tamarind juice

9. Water (if required)


Pudina Chutney Preparation :

1. Grind all the above ingredients together to paste.

2. Season with fried mustard, cumin seeds and asafoetida. Tasty Pudina chutney ready to serve.
