Tandoori Aloo Wrap For Breakfast

Tandoori Aloo Wrap For Breakfast

Serves: 3
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
For the wrap:

  • Wheat flour - 200 gms
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Salt

For the stuffing:

  • Potatoes - 250 gms (boiled)
  • Leafy Veggies - cabbage, lettuce, onions ( of your choice)

Marination:

  • Chilli - 1 tsp (paste)
  • Curd - 40 gms
  • Sesame oil - 2 tbsp
  • Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala - ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder - ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
  • Black salt to taste
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. After boiling the potatoes, peel the skin off the potatoes and crush them using the palm of your hand.
  2. Now add to the crushed potatoes, all the spices which is under the marinade ingredients. Mix the spices well with the crushed boiled potatoes so that it blends in well with the vegetable.
  3. Leave the mixture aside for about 20 minutes.
    Now preheat the over for ten minutes to a 250 Celsius. Cook the soaked potatoes in this temperature.
  4. Now mix all the ingredients to make the dough and out of the dough, begin to make wraps. Make as many wraps as you can using the dough.
  5. Now use your hand and place the cooked potatoes in the middle of the wrap. Spread the potatoes evenly on the wrap and roll it into the dough.
  6. You can also add in the other veggies to the roll before you roll it.
  7. Place green chutney and the onion rings on the mixture and roll it together.

Your tandoori aloo wrap is now ready to eat. The best way to enjoy this yummy breakfast recipe is to serve it along with mint chutney.
