Potato Dosa Recipe For Breakfast
This morning, you need to try out something different. Aren't you tired, of eating the same breakfast like idlis, rotis etc. Today, this potato dosa recipe will add more flavour to your taste buds. The potato dosai is quite easy to prepare and less time consuming too. All you need is one main ingredient which is aloo (potato) and flour.
To go along with this yummy potato dosa recipe, you need to enjoy it with a dash of tomato sauce. Green chutney or ground nut chutney too can be used as a dip with this mouth watering potato dosa.

Ingredients
Potato

(boiled
and
peeled)
Maida

tablespoons
Green
Chillies
-

(slit
in
two)
Coriander
leaves

a
handful
Oil

to
3
teaspoons
Salt
-
as
per
taste
Procedure
1.
You
need
to
first
wash,
peel,
boil
and
grate
the
potatoes
finely.
Now
place
it
in
a
bowl.
Add
to
the
bowl,
maida
and
salt.
Mix
the
ingredients
well.
Add
a
little
water
to
make
a
thick
batter
like
idli
batter.
Chop
green
chillies
and
coriander
leaves
and
add
it
to
the
batter.

Heat
a
tawa
and
grease
it
with
little
oil.
Pour
a
laddle
of
the
batter
and
spread
it
like
dosa.
Now
pour
a
little
oil
around
the
dosa.
Fry
the
dosa
on
a
medium
flame
until
it
is
cooked
well.
When
one
side
is
cooked
to
a
light
brown
shade,
using
the
laddle,
flip
it
over
and
cook
another
side
also.
You can enjoy this dosa only when hot. Make sure to add a little butter over the hot dosa and then serve.
