Oatmeal Dosa Recipe For Healthy Morning
This morning we would like for you to try out something healthy and tasty too. You may have heard of oats. There are a lot of people who turn to oats for numerous reasons. Those who are weight conscious can now start their day with a light oat meal and not worry too much about the calorie intake as well. It is said that a cup of oats in any form is good for the body to keep you fit and healthy.

The Oatmeal dosa recipe is surely one of a kind. It is easy for you to prepare and has less amount of ingredients unlike any other dosa recipe.

Ingredients
- Oats - 1 cup
- Rice Flour - 1/ 4 cup
- Sooji - ¼ cup
- Curd - ½ cup
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt To taste
- Oil for frying
Procedure
- You first need to combine all the ingredients which is oats, rice flour, sooji, curd, pepper powder and salt in a bowl and mix it well. Add a good amount of water to prepare the dosa like batter. After it is done, keep it aside for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Now heat a frying pan. Grease it with a little oil. When the oil is hot, take a ladle full of the batter and pour it on the tho tava. Spread the batter in a circular motion. Make sure that you spread the batter properly onto the pan so that there are no lumps formed.
- Now apply oil on the sides of the oatmeal dosa. Turn on the other side once it is cooked. Once it is done with the cooking, remove from the tava and keep it aside. Repeat the same procedure until you are done with the batter.
Your oatmeal dosa is now ready to eat. You can enjoy this lovely recipe along with a spicy chutney to enhance the taste.
