- Bananas - 3
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Maida - 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Raisins - 2 tblsp (chopped)
- Cashews - 3 tblsp (chopped)
- Water - 1/ 2 cup
- Ghee
Procedure
1.
To
prepare
this
breakfast
recipe,
first
you
need
to
mash
the
ripe
bananas
with
the
help
of
a
masher
or
with
your
hands.
2.
In
a
bowl,
add
in
the
rice
flour,
the
maida,
sugar
and
cardamom
powder.
Now
mix
the
ingredients
well
together
using
a
flat
spoon.
3.
Mix
the
ingredients
together
with
a
little
water
until
it
turns
into
a
thick
batter.
Use
a
mixer
to
make
the
batter.

Now
add
to

batter
the
chopped
raisins
and
cashews.

When
the
batter
is
ready,
switch
the
flame
on
and
place
a
tava
on
top
of
the
flame.
Let
the
tava
get
hot

batter

spread
it
gently
in
a
circular
motion.
6.
When
the
dosa
is
ready
place
the
mashed
bananas
in
the
middle
of
the
dosa
and
cook
it
on
a
low
flame.
Fry
till
the
dosa
turns
into
a
golden
colour.
7.
After
the
banana
dosa
is
ready,
add
a
dollop
of
ghee
to
the
dosa.
