Banana Berry Salad For Breakfast

Serves: 1
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • Bananas- 3 (chopped into medium sized pieces)
  • Raspberries- 10
  • Strawberries- 5 (cut into halves)
  • Chilled yogurt- 1 cup
  • Milk cream- 2tbsp
  • Honey- 1tbsp
  • Maple syrup- 1tbsp

Procedure

  1. Take the chopped bananas and berries in a large bowl that is already filled with yogurt.
  2. It is better for the yogurt to be chilled so that it doesn't taste too sour with the fruits in it.
  3. Pour cream over the fruits in the salad; then drizzle honey and maple syrup.
  4. You can skip the cream if you want to make it a low fat breakfast. You can also replace cream with low fat cream.
