Homemade Peanut Butter Recipe For Weight Gain

Homemade Peanut Butter For Weight Gain

Serves: 13
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • Peanuts - 2 cup (roasted)
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp

Procedure
Smooth peanut butter:
1. To get started, mix all the roasted peanuts with the oil.
2. Now pour the mixture into the food processor, gently.
3. Using the food processor, process the mixture and add in the salt and the sugar. Process it until it turns into a very smooth paste.
4. When the paste is ready, store the peanut butter in a sealed container.
5. Place it into the fridge and after 2 and a half weeks, consume the peanut butter.
Chunky peanut butter:
1. To make it into a crunchy butter, you need to take ¼ cup out of your 2 cups of peanuts and set them aside in a clean bowl.
2. The rest of the peanuts, mix it with oil, and then pour the mixture into the food processor.
3. Process the mixture along with the salt and sugar until it turns into a smooth paste.
4. To this mixture, add in the rest of the peanuts which is left aside.
5. Process the mixture again for a second or two to create the chunks in your peanut butter.
6. When done, store your chunky peanut butter in a sealed container in the fridge. It will be good for 2 and a half weeks.

This is how you prepare peanut butter at home. It is simple, much more yummier than the products you get from the market. Best of all, homemade peanut butter helps you to add on those pounds.
