Ingredients:
200gms Kharjur
' Cup Sugar
400gms Flour
2tbsp Oil
A little Rice Flour
¾ Cup Ghee
A pinch of Salt
Method:
Clean Dates and grind to a fine paste with Sugar.
Mix Flour, Oil and Salt and knead to a soft dough by adding required quantity of water.
Knead well and divide the dough and the Dates mixture into lemon-sized balls. Flatten each dough and place a Dates mixture in the center and close the sides and on a floured surface roll out into a thin circle.
Heat a griddle and roast on both sides on medium flame using Ghee.
