This Indian sweet dish is very high in calories. However, do not think much about diet for one day!
200 gms Badam(Almonds)
50 gms Sugar
4 Green Cardamom, powdered
100 gms Ghee (Clarified Butter)
A few chopped Almonds
Boil the Almonds in water for 5 mts. Peel their skin and roughly crush them.
Heat Ghee in a kadai. Then add the crushed Almonds and fry for 6 - 7 mts.
Add , Sugar and Cardamom powder to it and mix well. Keep aside to cool. Mixture for the Laddoos is ready.
Make small balls of this mixture and serve, garnished with chopped Almonds.
