Ingredients:

  1. 4-5 bowls ripe Jackfruit flesh (cut into pieces)
  2. 1 bowl water
  3. 2-3 cups sugar

How To Make Sugar Dipped Jackfruit?

  1. Heat sugar, water mixture in a pan, stir until thick (syrup).
  2. Soak the Jackfruit pieces in the syrup for atleast 15 days, refrigerate in a tight container.
  3. Strain the extra syrup and use the sugar dipped jackfruit instead of jams or even as a topping on ice creams.
