1. 2 large bars of milk chocolate, it could be any brand as long it is plain mild chocolate without any flavors.
2. Milk 100 ml
3. Dry Fruits- Raisins and nuts (chopped finely)
4. Butter 2 tablespoon
5. 10 Wafer biscuits
6. Vanilla ice cream 1 bar
7. Home foil
8. Refrigerator with ice box

Procedure for Choco Wafers:

  • Heat a shallow pan on high flame for 3 minutes.
  • Melt the two bars of milk chocolate in it gradually. Let it melt but not burn.
  • When you feel that the chocolate is sufficiently liquified, start adding milk.
  • Stir in the milk very gradually giving it ample time to mix with the molten chocolate. How much milk you add will depend on your taste.
  • Now let this caramel-like liquid simmer for some time until it starts to thicken.
  • Add the chopped dry fruits and mix it well.
  • Now, place sheet of aluminum foil on the kitchen slab; it should be proportional to the number of wafers you are using.
  • Dip the wafers one by one in the molten chocolate and place them one after the other on the foil in a standing position. You may have to ask someone to support the wafers in a standing position while you dip them.
  • Pour the remaining chocolate on this cylindrical formation of wafers and wrap the foil around it.
  • Refrigerate in the chiller for at least one hour.
  • Serve it cold as a dessert with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
