Peanut butter cupcakes recipe:
2 cups maida (refined flour)
' cup peanut butter
1 cup milk
1 ' cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
' cup shortening
1 tsp vanilla essence
' tsp salt
7-8 sliced cashew nuts
Directions to make peanut butter cupcakes recipe:
1. Beat peanut butter, shortening and vanilla essence in a bowl to make a cream. Now add sugar and mix till it melts. The mixture should become fluffy and smooth. Add one egg at a time and beat well.
2. In another bowl, mix maida, baking powder and salt. Mix the powder well and then add to the egg mixture. Slowly pour milk and keep mixing to make a batter.
3. Take small paper bake cups and pour in the batter. Don't fill the cups completely. Now bake these cups for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
4. Frost peanut butter and garnish with cashew nuts.
Peanut butter cupcakes are ready to eat!
