Eggless Microwave Cake Recipe -

Ingredients:

1.1 cup condensed milk (milkmaid)

2.150 g flour (sifted all purpose flour)

3.1 tsp baking powder

4.1/2 tsp baking soda

5.60 ml butter (melted)

6.1 tsp vanilla essence

Method:

1.Thoroughly mix all purpose flour, baking powder and soda in a mixing bowl.

2.Add condensed milk, melted butter, essence and water to the flour mixture and beat well.

3.Pour the cake mix into a greased cake tin.

4.Preheat the oven at 250 degrees F

5.Then place the cake mix in the oven and bake for 200 degrees for 10 minutes and then in the reduced temperature that is at170 degrees until the cake leaves the sides of the tin and is spongy to touch.

6.When ready, remove the cake from the oven and set aside to cool. Once its cool and invert the tin carefully. Tasty eggless microwave cake ready to serve.
