Easter nest cake, dessert recipe:
½ cup shredded wheat
½ cup milk chocolate
2 tbsp syrup
70 gms butter
1 packet mini eggs
Directions to make Easter nest cake recipe:
1. Melt syrup, chocolate and butter in a bowl over a saucepan (double-boiling). Mix well to avoid lumps.
2. In a bowl, break the shredded wheat into small pieces with your hands.
3. Pour the melted chocolate mix in the bowl and mix well till the wheat pieces are covered with chocolate.
4. Cover the muffin or cupcake tray with foil. Pour the tray with the mixture. Create a small hole to dig in mini eggs. Now refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Easter nest cake is ready.
