Pudding is said to be originated in England and Ireland in the seventeenth century. The tasty and fruity dessert recipe is a delicious holiday tradition throughout Britain during Christmas. Christmas Pudding Recipe -

Ingredients:

1.2 cups flour (sifted all purpose flour)

2.1 cup sugar (sifted)

3.1 tsp cinnamon powder (sifted)

4.2 eggs (beaten)

5.1/2 cup butter (melted)

6.1/2 cup mincemeat pie filling (Frozen combination of cooked beef, apples, raisins, vinegar, pineapple, orange, salt, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and some cooking juice)

7.1/2 cup cranberry sauce

8.1/2 cup pumpkin (puree)

9.2 cups cream

10.A packet of cream cheese

11.1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Method:

1.Grease a thin later of butter on pudding mold base.

2.In a bowl, thoroughly mix beaten eggs, butter, mincemeat filling, cranberry sauce and pumpkin puree. Add the egg mixture into the flour mixture and blend until smooth.

3.Pour the mixture into pudding mold.

4.Place a rack in the bottom of a cooker, over medium heat, and fill 1/2 way up with boiling water. Place the pudding on the rack. Steam for 2 1/2 hours.

5.Keep adding water to the cooker if necessary. When firm, place the pudding mold on a rack outside of the water for 10 minutes and then carefully remove the mold.

6.Prepare a sauce by blending together the cream, cheese and confectioners sugar. Spread the sauce over warm pudding and serve. Tasty Christmas Pudding recipe is ready to serve. This pudding recipe serves10.
