Cholesterol Free Cake Recipe For Thanksgiving 2011
Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups whole wheat flour
  2. 2 tsp. baking powder
  3. 1/4 tsp. salt
  4. 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  5. 1 cup polyunsaturated butter
  6. 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  7. 2 tsp. vanilla essence
  8. 2 cartons scrambled cholesterol free eggs
  9. 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  10. 1 tbsp. skimmed milk

Preparing Cholesterol Free Cake:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine sifted whole wheat flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg powder well.
3. Beat vanilla and scrambled eggs in a separate bowl.
4. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, lemon juice, milk and blend well.
5. Pour the cake mix to the greased loaf pan. Bake it for 1 hour 15 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean. Leave aside to cool.
6. Slice the cake loaf and arrange it on table for the grand thanksgiving feast. The cholesterol free cake recipe can be served as a dessert with a scoop of low fat ice cream.
