Spicy Soup Recipe
Ingredients

  1. 1 pack of rice noodles
  2. 5 cups of vegetable stock (or chicken broth for non vegan)
  3. 1 pack of tofu (soaked and cubed)
  4. ' cup cabbage and carrots (chopped, boiled)
  5. ' cup broccoli (florets, boiled)
  6. Lemon grass stalks (chopped and minced)
  7. 4 tbsp soy sauce
  8. 1 can soy milk
  9. Fresh cut chillies
  10. Basil leaves (chopped)
  11. Salt to taste

Preparing Soup With Tofu:
1. In a pot, add all the ingredients (except noodles) and cook on simmer until the tofu is soft.
2. In another vessel, add noodles to the boiling water and strain it when soft.
3. Add the noodles to the boiling soup and stir for few minutes.
4. Season with lemon grass and serve hot. Tasty soup with tofu is ready.
