Ginger Soup – Best Cold Soup Recipe
- 3 cups skimmed milk
- 1 tsp ginger ground
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 3 tsps sugar (optional)
- 2 cups of fresh peaches (peeled, pitted and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons rum
Instructions for healthy summer recipe:
1. Prepare a puree of fresh peaches with ginger and cinnamon.
2. Add milk, sugar and rum. Refrigerate for at least an hour and serve.
Tasty ginger soup is ready. This recipe serves 4.
