1. 1/2 cup Liquid Aloe Vera (extracted from natural leaves)

2. 1/4 cup sweet corn

3. 1/4 cup carrots (chopped)

4. 1/4 cup Spring onions (chopped)

5. 1/4 cup cabbage (chopped)

6. Pinch of Ginger (grated)

7. Pinch of sugar

8. Salt as per taste

9. Pepper powder

10. Water as per requirement

1. Boil all the vegetables listed above for 10 minutes and then blend it once using blender.

2. In a vessel, heat the blended vegetable mixture with the vegetable water (used to cook vegetables). Bring it to boil
