Tomato Chilled Soup Recipe (Gazpachos) – Spring Summer Recipe

Ingredients:

1. 2 cups tomato, garlic and onion puree

2. 1 cup chopped vegetables

3. ' cup bread croutons (optional)

4. 1 bottle chilled water

5. 1 tsp olive oil

6. Salt as per taste

7. Vinegar

8. Herbs as per choice

9. Pepper for seasoning

Preparing Tomato Chilled Soup (Gazpachos):

1. Add all the chopped vegetables into a large vessel.

2. Pour the blended puree into the vessel

3. Add bread croutons, chilled water (desired consistency), olive oil, vinegar and salt. Mix well.

4. Season with herbs and ground pepper. Tasty chilled soup is ready to serve.
