Wood Apple Juice – Tasty Rama Navami Delight
With the Rama Navami (birth of lord Rama) celebrated all over India today, here is a special Rama Navami delight that is also very healthy for the hot summer season. Our recipe "Wood Apple Juice" (Belada Hannu Panaka) is prepared using wood apple (Bel fruit) pulp, jaggery or honey and cardamom. Wood Apple Juice - Rama Navami Special Delicacy
Ingredients:

inner
pulp
and
soak
in
water)

jaggery
or
honey
4.
Pinch
of
cardamom
and
pepper
powder
Wood

Juice
Preparation:
1.
Squeeze
the
juice
from
the
pulp
and
strain.
2.
Stir
in
the
juice
in
a
jug
of
water
and
add
jaggery
or
honey.
Mix
Well
3.
Serve
the
healthy
summer
drink
seasoning
with
cardamom
and
pepper
powder.
