Wood Apple Juice – Tasty Rama Navami Delight

Our recipe "Wood Apple Juice" (Belada Hannu Panaka) is prepared using wood apple (Bel fruit) pulp, jaggery or honey and cardamom. Wood Apple Juice - Rama Navami Special Delicacy

Ingredients:

1. 1 wood apple (scrape the inner pulp and soak in water)
2. 3 big glasses of water
3. 1 cup jaggery or honey
4. Pinch of cardamom and pepper powder


Wood Apple Juice Preparation:

1. Squeeze the juice from the pulp and strain.
2. Stir in the juice in a jug of water and add jaggery or honey. Mix Well
3. Serve the healthy summer drink seasoning with cardamom and pepper powder.
