Serves: 3
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • Cucumber- 1 (sliced and peeled)
  • Ginger- 1 medium piece
  • Sugar- 1tsp
  • Cumin powder- ½ tsp
  • Black salt- ½ tsp
  • Water- 1 cup

Procedure
1. Blend the cucumber slices, ginger and water in blender. Make a fine paste.
2. Dilute the mixture with more water if needed.
3. Transfer the juice to a big bowl and add black salt, sugar and cumin powder to it. Mix well.
4. Pour the juice in glasses and serve.

Beat the heat with this refreshing drink.
