In India, herbs and spices play a prominent role in cooking and are considered sacred for their medicinal properties. Indian cooking is never complete without herbs like mint, basil, coriander, fennel and are mainly used for curries, chutneys and salads. Usually, they are mixed with other vegetables but today we present you a highly medicinal juice recipe that is best for all seasons. Take a look at how to prepare the tasty herb juice recipe.

Herb Juice Recipe -

Ingredients:

1. 1 tsp mint leaves

2. 1 tsp basil leaves

3. 1 tsp coriander leaves

4. Salt as per taste

5. Pinch of sugar

6. Pinch of 1/2 tsp jal jeera

7. Pinch of cardamon

8. Lemon juice (optional)

9. A glass of water

This recipe serves one.


Herb Juice Recipe Preparation:

1. Grind all herbs into fine paste

2. Mix all the other ingredients in a glass of water with the ground paste, stir well. Tasty herb juice is ready

For summer, prepare tangy herb butter milk or lassi with the same ingredients replacing water with yogurt. Serve the healthy herb juice in a stylish glass seasoning with mint or basil leaves.
