Noodle Cutlet Recipe For Tiny Tots

Noodle Cutlet Recipe For Tiny Tots

Serves: 3
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Instant Noodles - 150 gms
  • Boiled Veggies - ½ cup ( your choice)
  • Green Peas - ¼ cup ( boiled)
  • Potatoes - ½ cup (boiled)
  • Spring Onions - ¼ cup ( chopped)
  • Spring onion greens - ½ cup ( chopped)
  • Green Chillies - ½ tsp ( chopped)
  • Corriander leaves - ½ cup ( chopped)
  • Chaat Masala - ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Procedure

  1. Begin by cooking the noodles in boiling water without the tastemaker.
  2. Now combine all the ingredients including the noodles in a bowl. Using your hands, mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Now divide the mixture into 10 equal portions. You have to begin making the shapes of the cutlets using the palm of your hands. Flatten the little portions into flat shapes.
  4. When ready, pour a little oil on the pan and when hot, place the noodle cutlet on the hot oil.
  5. Fry the cutlet till it turns a little golden colour.
  6. When done, place the other cutlets too. Make sure that the flame is not high otherwise it will get burnt.

Place the noodle cutlets on a tissue so that the extra oil is absorbed in. Your noodle cutlets is now ready to eat. Enjoy this healthy snack with tomato sauce.
