- Corn flour
- Onion- 1 (sliced)
- Bell pepper- 1 (sliced)
- Chinese grass- 1 pinch
- Oil- 2tbsp
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure

Marinate
the
chicken
legs
with
vinegar,
garlic
and
salt.
Leave
it
for
10
minutes.

Take
a
mixing
bowl.
Add
soy
sauce,
green
chillies
and
Chinese
grass
to
it.
Mix
it
well.

Dip
the
chicken
legs
in
the
soy
mixture
and
roll
it
in
the
corn
flour.

Heat
oil
in

skillet.
When

starts
steaming,
place

chicken

in

pan.
