Cheese Corn Spring Rolls Recipe
Spring rolls is an East-West snack. The small and crisp fried snack is very popular in many countries especially China. The Chinese recipe is very easy to make and can be a filling snack. You can also have spring rolls as a starter. The basic spring roll is stuffed with cauliflower and garlic. However, you can go creative by adding some cheesy stuffing to make it a delicious treat. The cheese and corn spring rolls can be a great snack for the evening. You can prepare this fried Chinese snack in very little time. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients
- Spring roll strips: 8
- Cheese- 2 cups (grated)
- Corn kernels- 1 cup (washed)
- Black pepper powder- 1½ tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil- 1 cup (for frying)
Procedure
- Mix cheese with corn kernels, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl.
- In a plate, spread the spring roll strips and then add the cheese stuffing to one side.
- Now, gently close the ends of the strip so that the stuffing doesn't come out. Apply little water on your fingertips to stick the strips
- Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil becomes hot, gently dip the spring roll strips. Fry on a medium flame till the rolls become golden brown and look crisp. It will take around 2-3 minutes for the spring rolls to fry.
Serve the cheese and corn spring rolls hot. Serve it with tomato ketchup and chilli sauce.
