Tomato Masala With Sprouts
Everyone suggests to include vegetables in our diet. There are few vegetables that can be used raw. For example, you can use tomatoes, sprouts, carrots or capsicum in their raw state to enjoy the crisp crunch of these veggies. Check out the tomato masala recipe with these vegetables.

Tomato sprouts masala, healthy monsoon snack:

Ingredients

½ cup sprouts (soaked overnight)
8 tomatoes
1 onion, minced
1 carrot, grated
green chillies, minced
salt
breadcrumbs (optional)
chaat masala
lemon juice
sev
coriander leaves, finely chopped

Directions to make tomato sprouts masala:

  • Wash the tomatoes and cut them into 2 halves. Now take a spoon and scoop out the seeds for stuffing.
  • In a bowl, mix sprouts, onion, carrot and green chillies together. Add salt, lemon juice and chaat masala. Mix well so that the vegetables absorb the spices.
  • Place the tomato halves in a plate. Now gently stuff them with the mix. Add breadcrumbs (if you are using it). Garnish with sev and chopped coriander leaves.

Serve this chaat immediately to enjoy the crunchy monsoon snack.
