Sprouts is a healthy and low fat ingredient which can be consumed freely by dieters. It is less in calories and is filling too! To include sprouts in your diet, here is the easy to make sprouts chaat recipe which has green vegetables and is spicy too!

Sprouts chaat, healthy evening snack recipe:

Ingredients

1 cup mung sprouts/whole green gram, soaked overnight
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 small cucumber finely chopped
2 small boiled potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces

1 tomato finely chopped
salt
lemon juice
black pepper powder
chaat masala
tamarind chutney
coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions to make sprouts chaat, the healthy and filling evening snack recipe:

1. Add mung sprouts in a large bowl with the vegetables. Mix well.

2. Now add salt, lemon juice, chaat masala, tamarind chutney and black pepper powder in the bowl and mix sprouts well.

3. Serve in a plate and garnish with coriander leaves.

Sprouts chaat is healthy and the recipe is also easy!
