Stuffed capsicum make a delicious option for high tea or snacks. It is easy to make and quite filling too. So, next time you call your friends over for tea, treat them to yummy hot stuffed capsicums.
Capsicum – 4 medium sized
Potatoes – 5 big sized
Paneer – 500 grams
Onions – 1 big sized
Green Chillies – 3 to 4 nos.
Salt – according to taste
Red Chilly powder
How To Prepare
Boil the potatoes and mash them
Grate the paneer
Chop the onions and green chillies
Mix all the above ingredients (potatoes, paneer, onions and chillies) together and make a nice paste
To the paste add salt, red chilly powder, amchur powder and garam masala as per your taste and mix well
Chop the head of the capsicum horizontally and de-seed it
Fill each capsicum with the paste and cap it with the chopped head
Apply a drop of oil on the body of the capsicum
Grill it in an oven or a microwave
Serve it hot with soup and bread sticks.
