Ingredients
- Bread- 6 pieces
- Garlic cloves- 10 pieces (minced)
- Chilli flakes- 1tsp
- Cheese cubes- 2 (grated)
- Mushrooms- 4 (chopped finely)
- Pepper- 1tsp
- Coriander leaves- 1 stalk (chopped)
- Butter- 10 grams
Procedure
- Apply a coat of butter on the breads.
- Then, layer the bread slices with minced garlic.
- Now place a spoonful of mushroom on each slice of bread.
- Then, sprinkle pepper and chilli flakes on the mushrooms.
- You can also put a bit of chopped coriander leaves on each of the bread slices.
- Now put grated cheese on the bread slices.
- Pre-heat the oven to 300 degree and grease a pan for baking.
- Bake the garlic bread with cheese at 60 percent powder for 5 to 7 minutes in the oven.
- You can serve homemade garlic bread with cheese along with a glass of milk to your kids.
