Fondue Recipe – Chocolate Fondue Recipe

Chocolate Fondue Recipe -

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup cream (thick)

2. 350 g chocolate (chips)

3. 1 tsp Cognac or brandy


Method:

1. Heat cream on a medium flame in a small pan.

2. Lower the flame and add chocolate chips and simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Add Cognac and stir until smooth.

4. Transfer the mixture to fondue pot and keep warm with burner. Tasty chocolate fondue ready to serve.

5. Serve the fondue recipe hot in the traditional Swiss way.
