- I pack of fresh sandwich bread
- 1 cup tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 cup of carrots (grated)
- 1 tsp onion paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp chilli paste
- ' red ball pepper (chopped finely)
- Salt to taste
- ' cup shredded cheese
Preparing Vegetable Sandwich:
1. One of the sides of the triangle breads can be shaped like curves.
2. Combine onion, ginger, mint and chilli paste and spread on the sandwich base.
3. Arrange the red vegetables (tomato slices, ball pepper slices, grated carrots) over the bread.
4. Sprinkle salt and shredded cheese. Grill the sandwich in a toaster. Healthy heart shaped sandwich is ready.
