Cheese Free Pizza Recipe For Calorie Conscious Foodies
You can avoid the maida (all purpose flour) base as it isn't very healthy. Prefer wheat flour or rice flour base for this vegetarian recipe.
1 pizza base
' cup tomato sauce
' cup chopped onions
' cup sweet corn (cooked with little butter)
Herbs (chopped basil/sage)
' cup capsicum
Some pepper/ chilli flakes
Preparing the vegetarian recipe:
1. On a pizza base, spread the sauce on the base and sprinkle the chopped vegetables and herbs over it.
2. Now, bake the pizzas in the oven (upto 3-4 minutes) and your tasty cheese free pizzas are ready.
You can replace the vegetable topping with honey soaked sliced apples, bananas and pineapples, that will make an excellent fruit tart!.
