Breakfast Casserole Recipe -

Ingredients:

1.8 frozen hash brown patties

2.4 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)

3.450 g cooked ham (cubes)

4.7 eggs (beaten)

5.1 cup milk

6.Salt to taste

7.1/2 tsp mustard (ground)

Method:

1.Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F

2.Place hash brown patties in a single layer on a greased baking casserole.

3.Sprinkle with shredded cheese and ham on the patties.

4.In a bowl, mix egg beat, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over ham.

5.Cover and bake at 350 degrees in the oven for an hour.

6.After an hour, uncover the casserole and bake for another 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove the golden brown patties and serve hot. Tasty breakfast casserole recipe ready to serve.
