Boiled Eggs Burger For Breakfast

Egg burgers are not as common as hamburgers but they are easier and quicker to prepare. An egg burger recipe is tasty and healthy at the same time. Boiled eggs burgers are healthy because they have less calories. You can always fry the eggs quickly but boiling or water poaching the eggs makes your burger recipe healthy. This egg burger we are making contains boiled eggs and some simple spices. You can try the egg burger recipe solo for breakfast. If you want to make the same burger for lunch, you can add some chicken or bacon to it.

Having boiled eggs for breakfast will give you plenty of proteins and good fats. The bun provides fibrous carbs and you will get vitamin C from the tangy tomato. Ingredients
- Eggs- 2 (boiled)
- Lettuce- 2 leaves
- Buns- 2
- Pepper- 1tsp
- Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp
- Tomato- 1/2 (slices)
- Flavoured yogurt- 2tbsp
- Mustard sauce- 1tsp
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure
- Boil the eggs and peel them. Slice the eggs longitudinally.
- Take the burger buns and place a lettuce leaf on each.
- Add 2 slices of tomato each on the the buns.
- Place the 2 boiled egg slices on each burger bun.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper and chilli flakes on it.
- Add flavoured yogurt and mustard sauce for taste.
- Stack the buns over each other and your egg burger is ready.
You can make egg burger in less than 10 minutes for a hurried breakfast.
