How to make some simple cocktails and mock tails

Social life is in its fullest fizz where people flock in at rocking parties with cocktails and mock tails. Cocktails entreat the liquor lovers where as a mock tail as it name goes, though a feigned version of cocktail amuses the non-alcoholic palate. Here are a few recipes of cocktails and mock tails that do not take a great deal of a hand in preparing them

Cocktails

Black Russian

Ingredients
1 Parts vodka
5 Part kaluha
Top up cola

Method
Shake the vodka and the kaluha , pour over the ice, top with cola and serve in a tumbler.



Screw Driver
Ingredients
2 parts vodka
2 parts orange juice
1 orange slice
5 ice cubes

Method
Pour over the ingredients on the ice and serve in a tumbler

Apricot fizz
Ingredients
2 Shots lemon juice
3 Shots orange juice
Soda
2 Shots apricot brandy

Method
Blend all ingredients except soda with ice. Strain and serve topping up with soda

Mock tails

Yellow Bird
Ingredients
1 ounce each of orange juice- pineapple juice- grape fruit juice
2-ounce sprite or seven up
ice
Float grenadine on top and let it to dribble through for effect
Garnish with orange or pineapple.

The Gentle Breeze
Ingredients
4 ounces of cranberry juice
4ounces of grape fruit juice
Mint leaf
Fresh cranberry

Method
Fill a gobbler with ice. Add the cranberry juice and the grape fruit juice and garnish with fresh cranberry and mint leaf.

Pink Tutu
Ingredients
2 ounce of orange juice
2 ounce of cranberry juice
1-ounce lemon lime bar mix
1-ounce grenadine
4-ounce ice

Method
Blend the ingredients up till frothy and serve in a sugar rimmed glass with a cherry.
