Ingredients:

  • Fish Boneless: half kg
  • Cooked Rice: 3 cups
  • Chopped Capsicum: 2 cups
  • Onion: 3 medium
  • Celery: 1/2 cup
  • Fish sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Chilly sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Garlic: 3-4cloves
  • Soya sauce: 3 tsp
  • Chopped Ginger: 1 tbsp
  • Carrot: 2 small
  • Pepper powder- 1 tsp
  • Corn starch- 1 tbsp
  • Oil: to fry
  • Salt: to taste

Method Of Preparation:

  1. Cut fish into small pieces. Marinate it with soya sauce, fish sauce, chilli sauce and pepper powder.
  2. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Add corn starch powder just before frying. Fry fish till light brown in colour.
  4. Take out the fried fish from the pan and keep it aside.
  5. Add garlic and ginger in the same oil and fry for a minute.
  6. Now add onion, chopped celery, capsicum and carrots. Fry them for ten minutes.
  7. When the vegetables are almost done add to it fried fish and stir fry for a few seconds.
  8. Now add cooked rice and mix well.
  9. Your fish fried rice is ready.
  10. Serve hot with salad.
