Easy Sushi With Rice & Salmon Recipe
Easy sushi recipe with rice and salmon

Directions to make easy sushi recipe with rice:
1. Prepare the sushi rice 60 minutes before making sushis. It becomes difficult to roll sushis with hot rice. Boil water and then add rice. Boil till the rice cooks and absorbs the water.
2. In a saucepan, add vinegar, lemon juice, salt and sugar. Boil till the sugar dissolves. Put it off flame.
3. When the rice is cooked, add the vinegar solution, cover it and leave for 45-60 minutes to let the hot rice cool and absorb the solution.
4. In a bowl, mix all the vegetables (onion, carrots and avocado).
5. After the rice cools, place the nori sheets on a damp towel. Spread 2 tbsp rice in a line at one end of the sushi. With the help of a spoon, spread it to make a thin layer. Put some vegetables mix and then make a roll of it. Use water to stick the end of the nori. Garnish with few slices of canned salmon. Cut the roll into small pieces about 6-8 pieces.
Easy sushi recipe with rice is ready. Serve with wasabi or soy sauce.
