Microwave Mutton Gravy Recipe For Lunch

Ingredients

  • Mutton- ½ kg (boneless boiled cubes)
  • Cardamoms - 6
  • Bay leaf- 2
  • Oil- 2tbsp
  • Saffron - 1 pinch
  • Garlic- 2tbsp (paste)
  • Cinnamon- 4
  • Cloves- 3
  • Curd- 200 gms
  • Pepper- 1tsp
  • Ginger- 3tbsp (paste)
  • Green chilli- 3 (sliced)
  • Salt to taste

Procedure

  1. In a pan, heat the required amount of oil. When the oil is hot, drop in the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaf.
  2. Saute the ingredients well and then add the ginger, garlic, and the sliced green chillies to the pan.
  3. Saute the ingredients well together until it is cooked well.
  4. Now add the cup of curd slowly to the pan. Bring the curd to a slight boil and drop in the boiled boneless cubes of mutton.
  5. Now give the mixture a slight stir and pour the ingredients into a microwave dish.
  6. Add in the salt, pepper, turmeric and bay leaf.
  7. Place the dish in the microwave and set the timer for 5-6 minutes.
  8. When the timer goes off, remove the mutton gravy from the microwave and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.

Your microwave mutton gravy is now ready to eat. To complete the dish, squeeze a lemon over the gravy to give it that tangy taste.
