You Will Need
- Boneless Chicken Breasts- 2 pieces
- Ginger-2 tsp
- Garlic-2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 2tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1 tsp
- Cumin powder-2 tsp
- Coriander powder-2 tsp
- Garam Masala powder-1 tsp
- Red chili powder-1 tsp
- Lemon Juice -2 tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- Curd -1 cup
- Oil -2 tbsp
Procedure
- You begin my marinating the chicken with turmeric and salt.Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces.
- Saute the chicken until it turns a little golden brown in colour.
- Now add the ginger and garlic. Saute these ingredients with the chicken on a low flame.
- Add in turmeric,cumin,coriander, pepper powder, garam masala and red chili. Saute on medium heat until you see the oil separating from the sides of the pan.
- Now add the lemon juice to the pan and give it a good stir.
- Beat the curd in a bowl.Take the pan off the heat and mix the curd into the chicken.
- Bring it back on the low heat and continue to stir the whole mixture until it comes to a boil. Allow it to cook for sometime and then garnish with chopped coriander.
