Ingredients
  • Chicken Wings - ½ kg

    Salt - To taste

    Soya sauce - 1 tbsp

    Garlic (chopped) - 1 tsp

    Oregano - 1 tbsp

    Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

    Pepper - 2 tbsp

    Flour - To marinate

    Oil - 2 tbsp

    For The Sauce

    Spring onion (chopped) - 2

    Vinegar - 1 tsp

    Brown sugar - 2 tbsp

    Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp

    Chilli sauce - 2 tbsp

How to Prepare
  • 1. Add salt, soya sauce, chopped garlic, oregano, pepper and lemon juice in a bowl.

    2. Mix all these ingredients.

    3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat it well.

    4. Sprinkle a little flour over the chicken.

    5. keep it aside for 5 minutes.

    6. Fry the chicken in the oil until it turns golden brown

    7. Add spring onion, vinegar, brown sugar, tomato ketchup and chilli sauce to the bowl.

    8. Add these mixtures on top of the fried chicken.

    9. Microwave for about 5 minutes.

    10. Serve yummy chicken wings hot.
