Stuffed Roast Chicken Dajaj Recipe

Serves: 1-2
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

You Will Need

  • Sliced Bread - 6 slices
  • Egg - 1
  • Bread crumbs - 50 gms

Quick Meetha Samosa Recipe For Iftar

For the Filling

  • Chicken sausage - 150 gms
  • Chicken Breast Pieces - 150 gms
  • Tomatoes - 1 (sliced)
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Mayonnaise

Procedure

  1. Cut the bread slices into two halves.
  2. Shred some chicken sausage and breast pieces.
  3. Spread some mayo sauce on the slices of bread.
  4. Layer it with the shredded chicken bits, some tomato pieces and lettuce.
  5. After adding all the ingredients, press it down for a while as it makes the next step easier.
  6. Dip the sandwich in beaten egg and roll the sandwich in a plate filled with breadcrumbs.
  7. Ensure to cover all the sides of the sandwich with breadcrumbs.
  8. Fry it in a pan with a little butter until it turns golden-brown.

Nutritional Tip: Chicken is good for weight loss. All the ingredients in this sandwich will provide you with sufficient energy.

Tip: Can be baked or deep-fried as well.
