Ingredients:

  • Chicken: 1kg
  • Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Turmeric: 1 tsp
  • Chopped green coriander: 2 bunch
  • All spice powder: 2 tsp
  • Ginger: 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic: 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies: 10
  • Chopped onion: 2
  • Crushed black pepper: 1 tsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Oil: 1 cup

Cooking time 30 minutes
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4

Method Of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry in it onions till golden brown.
  2. Take these fried onion out from the pan and keep it aside.
  3. In the same pan put a little more oil and fry chicken. Add turmeric, salt, ginger and garlic to it.
  4. Cook the chicken till all the juices from the chicken dry up.
  5. Mix all spice powder, chopped green chilies to it.
  6. Also mix onion in the yogurt and add it into the pan.
  7. Cook until the gravy gets thick and then add chopped green coriander and 1 tsp crushed black pepper.
  8. Cook for another 10 minutes with the gas on sim.
  9. Serve hot with white rice.
