Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe
Ingredients

  1. 2 tsps butter (salted)
  2. 1 tsp ground black pepper powder
  3. Pinch of cumin seeds (powdered)
  4. 1 chicken breast half (skin less, boneless)
  5. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Making lemon pepper chicken:
1. Melt salted butter in a skillet. Add cumin seeds, pepper powder and lay chicken over the spices.
2. Saute chicken for upto 10 minutes (on simmer) and cook on both sides.
3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the meat and cook for some more time (until the juice runs clear). Tasty lemon pepper chicken is ready.
