Procedure
1.
Boil
the
chicken
in
a
pressure
cooker
till
you
hear
three
to
four
whistles.
2.
Once
the
chicken
is
boiled,
keep
it
aside
to
cool.
3.
Later,
marinate
the
chicken
pieces
with
pepper
powder,
lemon
juice,
salt
and
turmeric
powder.
Keep
is
aside
for
30
minutes.
4.
Heat
oil
in
a
pan.
Add
the
chopped
onions,
curry
leaves
and
green
chillies
along
with
crushed
ginger
and
garlic.
5.
Saute
the
mixture
till
you
get
the
aroma
of
the
ingredients,
and
the
onions
will
turn
golden
brown.
6.
Add
whole
black
pepper,
garam
masala
and
fennel
powder
to
the
mixture
in
the
pan,
and
saute
for
a
minute.
7.
Add
the
marinated
chicken
pieces
into
the
pan,
and
stir
the
whole
mixture
well.
8.
Reduce
the
flame
and
close
the
pan
with
a
lid.
Keep
the
mixture
in
the
pan
for
another
20
minutes
but
make
sure
that
you
stir
it
every
five
minutes
(so
that
the
chicken
does
not
stick
to
the
pan).
9.
Once
the
chicken
is
done,
the
dish
will
turn
into
a
light
black
colour
ensuring
that
your
yummy
pepper
chicken
is
ready
to
be
served.
