Method
- You need to boil the chicken legs in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes and when boiled remove and keep aside.
- Mix each of the coating ingredients in separate bowls.
- Heat a little oil in a kadai on a medium flame. When hot, drop in the boiled chicken legs to the kadai.
- After the chicken is fried, coat the chicken legs in first flour coating and dip in milk egg coating (2nd coating) and in final coating of bread crumbs (3rd coating).
- Deep fry the chicken legs once again in oil. Keep in mind that the oil should not be too hot otherwise the outside gets browned before the inside gets cooked again.
- When the chicken gets a little brown in colour, remove from the stove and place it on a paper towel so that the excess oil is drained out.
Your crispy fried chicken is now ready to eat. You can eat this yummy crispy chicken along with tomato sauce and onion rings.
