Chilli Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

All You Need

  • Broccoli Florets - 250gms
  • Chicken - 500 gms
  • Fat-Free Milk
  • Maida - ¼ Cup
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper - ¼ tsp
  • Nutmeg - A Pinch
  • Mayonnaise - 1 Cup
  • Tomato Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Mushroom Soup - 1 Cup
  • Cheese - 50 Gms
  • Bell Pepper - 1
  • Salt To Taste

Green Pepper Chicken Curry Recipe

Procedure:

  1. Add broccoli in a large pan and cook it for 5 mins, until it turns crisp and tender.
  2. Boil the chicken in a pan with some salt. Cook it on a medium flame for over 15 mins.
  3. After the chicken is cooled cut the chicken into small bite sized pieces.
  4. Mix both the chicken and strained broccoli and keep it aside to saute.
  5. Add milk, flour, salt, pepper, and pinch of nutmeg in a saucepan and mix well until it turns into a smooth paste.
  6. Cook this mixture for 2 mins while you constantly stir it. Set it aside from flame and let it cool.
  7. Add mayonnaise and cheese to the milk mixture and stir well .
  8. Add this mayonnaise mixture to the chicken and broccoli mixture and give it a gentle stir until all the ingredients are mixed well.
  9. Add chopped bell pepper to this mixture and garnish it.
  10. Cook this mixture for 5 mins on a low flame or until the chicken releases its juices.
