These chicken strips are breaded, made garlicky and deep fried till golden brown. They taste the best with any sauce and are also filling starters. Golden Fried Chicken Fingers Recipe
Ingredients:

1. 6 chicken breast halves (skinless, boneless, cut into ' inch strips)
2. 1 egg (beaten)
3. 1 cup buttermilk (top marinade)
4. 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
5. 1 cup all-purpose flour/ maida
6. 1 cup (bread crumbs)
7. 1 tsp salt & pepper powder
8. 1 tsp baking powder
9. Oil for frying

Chicken Fingers Procedure:
1. In a plastic bowl (like tupperware), mix egg, buttermilk, garlic powder and salt. Soak the chicken strips in the mixture and refrigerate for 3 hours.
2. Prepare a batter by adding flour, salt and baking powder.
3. Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and drain all the buttermilk mixture.
4. Dip the strips in batter and roll over the crumbs. Deep fry the chicken sticks till golden brown.
5. Allow the chicken fingers to drain on paper towels and sprinkle powdered pepper.
Tasty chicken starter are ready.
